Beneath the gold flakes suspended in a textural glaze of epoxy resin, an abstract underwater seascape peers from beneath the waters as synaptic strings of acrylic paint draw the eye throughout the artwork.  

This painting is part of Sean Kirkpatrick’s ‘INTUITION’ Series. In the creation of this series, Sean purposely relinquished control of each painting by adding an "unknown" factor into the process. It was within these untamable moments that he discovered the magic of intuition guiding him. This series is about embracing that which we cannot control, because can't always control life, only how we respond to it.
